Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time Position: Business Operations Manager - Southwest Sydney Fantastic & supportive culture & team! Competitive salary on offer! On-site parking available! Terrific opportunity for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join a highly awarded and rewarding Commercial Brokerage firm in South West Sydney location.
Reporting to a fantastic, genuine and inspiring MD, this role will see you responsible for workflow management, business support, oversight & reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities: Ensuring that all operations run smoothly and align with quality standards Working closely with the MD, Bankers & Lenders Assisting Brokers with policy, training, professional development and meetings Working alongside the Marketing Manager with social events, website and general enquiries Creating business strategies and policies for company growth Manage the offshore admin team and provide support Conduct staff performance reviews Audit one file per broker Manage workflow of broker support staff if and when required Minimum Skills & Experience: Previous Business Operations experience Excellent relationship building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must A positive and friendly attitude For the Team they offer: A culture that champions innovation and collaboration.
