Business Operations ManagerSparrow Early Learning | Gold Coast Region Full Time Position At Sparrow Early Learning, we are a professional early childhood education team dedicated to creating quality, child-led learning programs where children feel valued and safe.

We are looking for a highly experienced, supportive, and dedicated Business Operations Manager who: is an innately proactive leader that is results drivenwill work closely with Service Managers, a collaborative National Support Office team, and educators to ensure exceptional outcomes for children, families, and staffcan collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and improve service offeringsAs our new Business Operations Manager you will: Work alongside a closely integrated cluster of servicesOversee and ensure adherence to all regulatory and licensing requirements, policies, and procedures to guarantee the safety and well-being of the children in our care.Implement and optimise operational procedures and processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Services.Manage each services' budget and expenditure within budget guidelines.Manage internal and external reporting requirements efficiently.Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Service Managers to ensure consistent implementation and delivery of 'The Sparrow Way' as well as fostering professional aspirations and outstanding achievementMonitor and evaluate the quality of our programs, ensuring they align with our high standards and educational philosophy.Always ensuring our Teams are well-equipped to deliver the highest quality of care and education to our young learners.Build and maintain relationships with families, staff, and the broader community, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.Managing risk and facilitating effective complaint and incident management.Travel regularly to a portfolio of Services and sites throughout Queensland.What you'll need: Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & CareMinimum 5 years' experience in a current ELC Area Manager role or multi-site ManagementProven experience in understanding and supporting accounts, rosters & staff needsA strong understanding of policies, state legislations, EYLF, QKLG, NQS and child-led educational philosophies.Current & Valid Working with Children CheckChild Protection training certificationFirst Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis trainingStrong Administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlinesConfidence when communicating with all levels of managementA strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our servicesStrong computer skills and systems knowledge.
