About the Role (Your Why) Our office is based in Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
NOTE: This role is available for Australian citizens and residents only. What You'll Do Load variations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, claims and other artefacts into Datacom's ERP, our partner company portals and PSA toolset.Load deliverables and artifacts onto partner tools and assign funding through tagging to client accounts.Maintain records to validate completion of claims and provide regular reports on project spending and budget status.Collaborate with Datacom Partner Account managers and team members to ensure that financial processes and execution policies are understood and adhered to.Monitor project spending/WIP to ensure alignment with the go-to-market plan and ensure that invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.Exhibit strong technical writing skills and create user guides, training materials, and documentation.Provide support for audits and financial reviews, including preparation of documentation and review of findings.We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements, which can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.

Someone who is passionate, with great interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.A passion for numbers, with intermediate Excel knowledge.IT Industry experience preferred.Strong understanding of the sales ordering and purchase ordering process.Experience with Microsoft Suite applications, such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint or similar equivalent tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us Here at Datacom?
