Manage, support and motivate your teams to meet and exceed monthly kpi's
Develop and implement strategies that will ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process
Promote and foster strong relationships and champion MAX as an employment service partner of choice
Review operational plans for successful outcomes
Would this describe you?
Previous exposure to working within Employment Services
High level of interpersonal skills and organisation skills
Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships
Advanced level of negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers
Strong positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card and a National Police check and a mygovid
