We have a new and exciting opportunity available in our Sydney Business for a Business Manager role. Based out of our Lidcombe office, this senior leadership position is responsible for leading and managing the execution of the sales and operations plan in our Sydney business with 300 head count on a permanent full-time basis.

The role will nurture collaborative working relationships within the region and across the span of the organisation, cultivating and driving employee experience that aligns to the strategy.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Business Manager will provide leadership and strategic direction for all functions within the region. This includes working collaboratively to develop and implement the business, work plans & budgets through developing and maintaining rapport with key stakeholders by building relationships, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
Responsibilities: Set and deliver annual sales and customer service targets Develop strategic priorities Manage initiatives to ensure ongoing business growth Growing the contract portfolio through the development of sales to new customers Expansion and retention of existing customers Profitable operation of the business unit and achievement of targets and budget objectives Manage and deploy hundreds of technicians efficiently and effectively on a daily basis Building new and maintaining existing customer relationships Attraction, development and retention of an engaged and enabled team Qualifications or skills required: Demonstrated experience in a management role with challenging KPI's A successful, sustained record of sales and /or operations management Proven leadership, communication and motivational skills and techniques Proven ability to perform in a semi-autonomous role Comprehensive business acumen and financial literacy About Us Rentokil Initial is an international business services company employing over 65,000 colleagues across more than 95 countries.
