RAA is now ready to take the next step in their digital journey and they're on the hunt for a raft of roles to join the Information Services team at RAA.
The Business Manager will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and will support in the execution of strategy and ensuring the appropriate governance is adhered to within the Information Services function. This role will need to drive and influence through relationship building with a range of stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Key Accountabilities: Drive a culture of risk management throughout the organisation through promotion and supporting awareness and education of the framework.Ensure risks and incidents are managed effectively in accordance with the incident management policy.Manage the development and delivery of significant elements of organisation change initiatives for the Information Services department.Develop and implement stakeholder strategies and plans across the programs to identify relevant stakeholders, to create mutually supportive relationships for successful program delivery.Manage delivery of assurance reviews within an initiative.Provide quality reporting including project, progress, resource utilisation, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues and budgets delivered according to plan.Develop Information Services strategic and operational planning processes to ensure alignment across the organisation.Key Skills and Abilities: Advance stakeholder expectation management to identify potential stakeholders, analyse their expectations, and develop strategies for managing stakeholder expectations.Advance communication, relationship building and influencing skills to deal confidentially with complex issues.Strong project management skills to make sense of complex, high-quality and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Demonstrable experience in initiating, designing, presenting, and executing business improvement initiatives.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
