We have a new and exciting opportunity available in our Central Queensland business for a Business Manager role.
With the suitable candidate being based out of our Rockhampton or Mackay office.
This senior leadership position is responsible for leading and managing the execution of the sales and operations plan in our Central Queensland business with approximately 35 headcount across Rockhampton, Mackay, Bundaberg and Emerald. The suitable candidate must feel comfortable regularly travelling to each of the branches within the Central Queensland region. The role will nurture collaborative working relationships within the region and across the span of the organisation, cultivating and driving employee experience that aligns to the strategy.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Business Manager will provide leadership and strategic direction for all functions within the region.
This includes working collaboratively to develop and implement the business, work plans & budgets through developing and maintaining rapport with key stakeholders by building relationships, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
