Job Description An exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to step into the management of our WA business for a 12-month period.
As the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Ensure the financial performance of the business unit.Lead, supervise and coach your team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities, policies, and processes.Local customer management and business development activities.Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios at business unit level.Oversee recruitment and selection and onboarding of new team members.Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance in order to meet state benchmarks.Manage expenditure within budget and in accordance with delegations.Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and encourage and foster this focus organization-wide.Qualifications Experience you will bring to the team: An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work.The ability to engage with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients and stakeholders in their recovery and return to work journey.A passion for empowering people to achieve their health and wellness goals.A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence needed).Qualifications and relevant registration in any of the following:Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service.Current or able to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.What we offer you: At Kairros, you will be part of a uniquely trained and experienced team; all our members undergo significant cultural awareness training to support them in helping our clients to achieve equitable recovery for all.
