The position
At NGM Group, the Technology Division is pivotal in shaping and driving organisational success.
We are looking for a Business Manager to support our Chief Information Officer.
As the Business Manager, you will be the trusted right-hand partner to the CIO, helping to manage strategic initiatives, streamline operations, drive engagement and build strong collaborative relationships cross-functionally.
You will have accountability for financial management (overseeing the complex Technology budget), governance and divisional reporting, managing a small Technology Risk team and aligning cross-functional teams.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in a leadership or strategic operations role, ideally supporting senior Executives.
Ability to manage large, complex Technology budgets.
A breadth of knowledge and experience in financial and risk management.
Deep understanding of strategic communications and organisational change.
Proven success in confidently and competently acting as a trusted, strategic partner to an Executive leader.
Experience in preparing and presenting to Executive leaders and Board.
Strong time management and organisational skills, complemented by the ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced environment.
