Business Manager

Since 2004, Coolum Beach Christian College has been building human beings. We are seeking a senior leader to support the College as we continue to grow into the future. With over 460 students from the Early Learning Centre to Year 12, we are committed to delivering exceptional Christian education, with excellence, igniting a passion for learning and inspiring students to achieve their full God-given potential.
An Executive Team member, the Business Manager will take the lead in all aspects of financial strategy and management, seeking to ensure the long-term vitality of the College, and to maintain and update robust structures to monitor performance and reduce risk.
The Business Manager will work closely with the Principal enabling the College Board to adhere to the Purpose of the College ensuring future growth, sustainability and compliance.
The role will lead the Finance, Facilities, IT, ELC and Business Services teams, in a manner congruent with College values.
