The Role:As the Business / Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations across all our venues. Reporting directly to the Founders, you will be responsible for embedding effective systems and processes, managing both Front of House and Back of House teams, and driving key metrics such as sales, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and labor costs. Your leadership will ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
