Doomadgee State School is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our administrative team and contribute to our mission of Creating a Life of Choice through excellence in education and community connection.
The Business Manager will oversee the financial, operational, and administrative functions of the school. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources.
This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis, for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide regular strategic advice and manage the development and delivery of a range of corporate services in accordance with department policy. Actively participate in school management team decision making processes regarding corporate services to support school operations. Demonstrate considerable autonomy and play an important role in providing advice which dictates business service delivery outcomes. Work in a specialised environment, requiring the development of operational methods, policies, practices and standards to support the school's administrative function. The Business Manager reports to the Principal and liaises with Deputy Principals, Heads of Department and Principal Project Officers.
