The opportunity based at our Ballarat Support Office…Provide exceptional customer service at all times to all internal and external stakeholders of Petstock.
Ensure that you follow up on all store requests in a timely manner.Designing, implementing, maintaining and improving Cognos Reporting solutions.Developing and maintaining reports using Power BI.Writing SQL queries and procedures using T-SQL and Informix SQL.Liaising with various stakeholders inside and outside the business to develop and deliver appropriate reporting solutions.Developing ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS.Drive the day-to-day operations of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team.Assist in identifying improvements and strategic direction of the tech stack.Lead technical discussions and ensure solutions are adequate.Identify new areas and processes that may require improvement, investigating potential solutions and taking to development process where required.Supporting various departments in identifying and resolving systems and process issues.If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you!Experience developing reporting solutions using Power BI, Cognos, or similarAdvanced query skills with T-SQL required Experience developing and maintaining Tabular models (Analysis Services or Power BI) IT / Business degree qualified or relevant experienceExperience with Logic Apps and/or SQL Server Integration ServicesIf this is the opportunity you've been looking for and you love Pets as much as we do, we would love to hear from you!
