Your responsibilities will span from collaborating with stakeholders to harnessing data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions. You will support the design, implementation, and delivery of business intelligence, reporting and data analysis to answer wide varying questions presented to you from across the business.
Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and maintain insightful dashboards for key operational functions, including Risk & Trading, Finance, Customer Operations, Compliance, and Marketing Continuously enhance functional reporting to ensure accuracy and agility in alignment with our growing business needs Write and revise complex SQL code to ensure efficient query performance Conduct regular trend analysis on customer preferences and engagement methods to identify opportunities to adapt our business strategy model Source and transform data to provide insight to unique market leading product opportunities Perform ad-hoc analysis, investigations and data management tasks as required by stakeholders Analyse the distribution of generosities and promotions including determination of true generosity and promotion cost, as well as identify who should obtain, and in what frequency to reward and reactivate users at a cost-efficient way to the business Collaborate with the data engineering team to inform optimal data models for enhanced query performance Ensure data reliability & accuracy through internal processes Skills & Qualifications A degree or qualification within a relevant technical discipline Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to utilise advanced analytical techniques Basic skills in a Business Intelligence tool like Power BI, Tableau or AWS Quicksight Experience with databases and SQL Language essential (1 year) High level of initiative, strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritise and concurrently work through a variety of stakeholder requests and at any point in time An understanding of the wagering industry is preferred, but not required Primary Location This role is currently open to all locations within Australia.

Remuneration The advertised salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000+ Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
