About you The Business Information Officer will undertake duties relating to the support of the operational accounts and administrative needs. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to invoice management, processing of requests for reimbursements, invoices, cheques, recording and checking of client funding details, and other general administrative activities. The role encompasses a client focus, particularly contacting clients regarding their service delivery needs, providing information, and responding to queries and issues.
What you will do Undertake invoice management tasks such as verification and processing of staff timesheets, and provider and client sourced invoices, in accordance with JCV policies and procedures.Participate and undertake other administrative duties as required, including meeting audit requirements, validating, reconciling, and submitting files to Payroll and Finance.Extract, validate, and collate data from a variety of internal and external sources to meet reporting requirements.Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in funding package arrangements such as eligibility, business rules, pricing, service limitations, reporting, and audit requirements across HSSP, HCP, CHSP, and other funding sources.Filing, including client invoices, payment requests, rosters, payroll queries, and leave applications into soft folders and record keeping as required.You will have: Proven proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office and client management databases.Ability to analyse, review, and refine workflows and processes.Problem-solving capability.The benefits of working with Jewish Care An attractive remuneration package.Generous not-for-profit salary packaging to increase your take-home pay!Employee Assistance Program for you and your family.Staff Referral Bonus Program.Career development opportunities.Flexible working arrangements.If you are interested in working with an organisation that values your expertise and is committed to the wellbeing of our staff and clients, click APPLY now.
