About the Role:Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, this newly created role focuses on the identification and delivery of improvements which support the current and future needs of the business.
The role will provide hands-on support to ensure challenges are clearly defined and solutions are correctly scoped and endorsed by our process owners, key stakeholders, and improvement team.
The above will be achieved through the application of various tools, techniques, and improvements methodologies including but not limited to: data analysis, facilitation, and structured problem solving, resulting in a safe, efficient, and effective operation within Talison Lithium's Greenbushes Operation.
Working in the newly established Improvement team, you will have exposure to a variety of different business areas and disciplines and be provided the opportunity to make a real difference in not only our growing business but also the industry as a whole.
