As a Business Improvement Specialist, you will lead problem-solving sessions, identify process inefficiencies, and impart business improvement knowledge through training sessions and process reviews.

Assignment Dates & Duration: Immediate start / Until 30th June 2024
Capacity: Full-time
Salary: $62-$63 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) - Rate negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities: Lead problem-solving sessions and collaborate with bespoke teams to support process improvement needs. Utilise structured techniques to define problems, establish success criteria, scope improvement initiatives, and manage implementation plans. Identify and quantify benefits of improvement initiatives pre and post-implementation. Source relevant data for ongoing measurement and reporting of benefits realisation. Facilitate improvement workshops independently and deliver status updates to stakeholders. Identify and address inefficient or ineffective processes across the organization. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in business process mapping using BPMN. Proficiency with ARIS/Signavio enterprise architecture platform. Experience designing and delivering process documentation and learning modules. Ability to establish process governance structures. Skilled in conducting process training and workshops. Experience with BPM operating model setup and business process management office implementation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
