As a Business Improvement Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering a range of high visibility programs that optimise business capabilities and technology platforms for employees who support members directly (Member Services), employers and advisers.This role entails leading initiatives and achieving outcomes aligned with long term strategic objectives including those driven internally from Member Services. The Business Improvement Specialist represents the business across key programs aimed at enhancing the customer experience for employees, advisers, and members while providing the Head of Member Services with operational and strategic guidance on business enablement methods and technology platforms.At the core of this role is delivering exceptional communication, continuous improvement, and change management to ensure the Member Services team is equipped to support Australian Retirement Trust's members and deliver a quality service.This role is a permanent opportunity.About youYou'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
