About the Position The Business Improvement Specialist will work closely with improvement initiative participants to impart business improvement skills through practical problem solving.
Duties Use structured problem-solving techniques to lead problem solving sessions Identifying and quantifying benefits for improvement initiatives Sourcing relevant data to enable ongoing measurement and reporting on progress Facilitate improvement workshops Delivering status updates and initiative completion reports.
Identify inefficient or ineffective processes across the business Ability to undertake end to end process discovery Process workshopping and analysis with cross-functional stakeholders.
Project Governance Work closely with improvement initiative participants to impart business improvement skills through practical problem solving.
Requirements/Skills Minimum 5 years' experience in business process mapping in BPMN.
Experience working on ARIS/Signavio enterprise architecture platform.
Design and deliver SAW specific documentation and learning modules Experience setting up process governance structure Ability to conduct business process training and conducting current state workshops.
Ability to assist with current state process mapping Experience creating BPM operating model Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills Experience with lean/six sigma projects.
