A great opportunity to join a multinational company supporting a key WA contract through enhanced process and service delivery.Why ApplyA diverse multinational firm, who is eager to enhance their leadership team to drive the timely and efficient service delivery across Western Australia.Base CriteriaTertiary qualification in Business Management or Project Management along with either Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma training. 3+ years' experience in implementing change management, process / continuous improvement within a services environment, working across either State-wide or across a large region.Outline DutiesLead change management, process and business improvement activities across a major contract in Western Australia, supporting the operational team, while engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.Skills and AttributesReview current delivery strategies and processes, recommending and implementing improvements in service delivery while exploring opportunities for organic growth.Innovative and solutions-focused with the proven ability to solve complex problems.Inquisitive and 'best-in-class' approach with the ability to source new ideas, tools, systems and industry-leading standards, then implement within the contract.Proactive with a strong sense of urgency and proven ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Previous experience managing Transitions, Change Management and new processes / procedure implementation ideally within a large complex contract environment with multiple stakeholders.Prior experience working within the Facilities Management (hard and soft services) industry would be of advantage.Essential that you are currently resident in Australia.Must be able to provide a National Police Check and pass additional background checks (if required).If you believe you possess the above skills and experience and are seeking a great new role, please forward your CV via the link.
