Hays is partnering with a government organisation who is seeking a Business Improvement Manager.
Your new company
Hays is partnering with a government organisation located south of the river who is seeking an experienced Business Improvement Manager to join their busy team. This would initially be a 6-month temporary engagement with the opportunity to extend it for the right person. This role would be working full-time weeks from Monday to Friday.
Your new role
Your responsibilities would include:
Lead the design, development, implementation, and reporting of improvements to business processes Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders Analyse project performance and identify opportunities for improvement Manage project interdependencies, drive improvement initiatives and maintain effective communication Monitor deliverables, prepare papers and coordinate activities Undertake other duties as directed. What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will hold:
Demonstrated experience in business improvement High level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Well demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and evaluation skills Experience in management consulting or strategic advisory Relevant qualifications or qualified by experience in a relevant field.
