Business Improvement Coordinator - ECU Staff OnlyGROWTH, ENGAGEMENT AND MARKETINGCOMMUNICATIONS CENTRE$92,087 TO $99,353 pa (HEW 6)JOONDALUP CAMPUSFULL-TIME, ONGOINGOverviewThe Communications Centre sits within Growth Engagement and Marketing Directorate and is the University's central enquiries team that manages all phone and digital inbound and outbound enquiries along with bulk student communications across all ECU campuses. The Communications Centre team's functional role is the provision of frontline advice/information, driving student growth, omni-channel enquiry management, electronic communications and support services to all ECU students.The RoleThe Business Improvement Coordinator will play a critical part in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, fostering creative thinking, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance both student and staff experiences, supporting acquisition, retention, and growth.Your responsibilities will include:The successful applicant will have the following core competencies:You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Courage and Personal Excellence.Benefits & RemunerationThis full-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $92,087 to $99,353 per annum plus 17% superannuation.
