Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA Insurance Optimisation & Transformation Team Full-time permanent position based at Mile End with Hybrid WFH Join a high performing team with a fun, inclusive and supportive culture Reporting to the Manager of Automation and Improvement, you will have a fantastic opportunity to contribute to improvements in Member experience and operational efficiency through the identification and implementation of change initiatives and the coordination of business improvement projects across the Insurance business.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Leading and delivering business improvement projects targeted at enhancing Member experience and operational efficiencies. Designing streamlined business processes to accommodate the implementation of new systems. Utilising tools familiar to continuous improvement practitioners including team-based brainstorming workshops, process observation and mapping, and data collection and analysis. Adopting preferred methodologies for continuous improvement, with a particular focus on the use of Lean and Six Sigma principles. Providing quality data to assist with the prioritisation of business improvement initiatives and projects. Assisting with data collection, reporting & analysis requirements. Plus, much more. For this role, we're also looking for: Qualifications in Business Analysis (Highly desirable) Highly developed Business Improvement analysis skills, preferably using accepted methodologies for Business Improvement such as Lean or Six Sigma. Project management skills and the ability to coordinate and facilitate project completion. Ability to collect and analyse data, process map, and produce meaningful reports. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to maintain effective relationships and to use influencing skills to drive acceptance of change.
