The Business EnablementSpecialist role within the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF)is integral to the department's ongoing efforts in transformationand modernisation, leveraging digital technologies to reshapeoperational processes. As part of this initiative, the departmentis in the process of establishing an internal Centre of Excellence(CoE) for digital services, with the aim of bolstering the role ofthe Information and Technology (I&T) branch as a high-qualityenabler for the broader business.
The Business EnablementSpecialist will play a key role in developing an ongoingimprovement program focused on enhancing digital services throughthe introduction of innovative processes, tools, and workmethodologies. This role reports to the Manager, BusinessEnablement, and involves close collaboration with key stakeholders,including the Director of Digital Delivery, Chief InformationOfficer, I&T staff throughout DTF, and externalpartners.
