Business Director, Strategic Partnerships - AirportLike Street Furniture, Airports are in JCDecaux's DNA. Business Director, Strategic Partnerships – Airport is a strategic sales role focused on growing our partnership revenue and developing partnership solutions that drive success for our highest value customers. Identifying high growth opportunities across our current partnership portfolio, as well as prospective partnership targets.
It will see you collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop unique partnership opportunities across advertising assets, data, creative solutions, programmatic and new innovations as they emerge. Setting a vision for success and collaborating closely with peers to embed new processes, behaviours and KPIs into our evolving Airport team.
A Day in the Life: Whilst there's no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:
Revenue Performance – Maximise/grow media revenue from partnerships for the JCDecaux Airports product portfolio. Identify key opportunities for growth and analyse year-on-year revenues to ensure partnership investments are maintained and/or grown.Partner Strategy and Solution Innovation – Deeply understand Partner brands and briefs to develop compelling Airport solutions capable of converting a high share of Partner Out-of-Home investment and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. Leverage the higher spends of Partners, to develop and launch innovative solutions that can become a showcase for attracting other brands to the Airport environment.Partnership Management – In conjunction with the Business Director, Sales – Airport, develop and execute a program of partner engagement that drives retention and maximises share. Foster relationships with key agency team but also with marketers, their creative and specialist agency teams. About You: You will have demonstrated experience working within the media industry in a Senior capacity, ideally within Out-Of-Home, with an entrepreneurial mindset and flair for seeing, and realizing new opportunities. As well as:
Media owner experience preferred and experience with premium environments and formats an advantageExperience identifying, managing and building long-term partnerships for revenue growth.Proven track record of delivering strategic solutions for brands involving media, activations, digital interactions, data and creative innovation.Proven leader with excellent story-telling capability, communication and well-developed PowerPoint skills to present Airport partner opportunities in a compelling and consistent way.Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and commitment from all parties required to support partnership success.Why join JCDecaux: At JCDecaux your wellbeing, health, and safety are our top priority.
