The client is specialist supplier working in blue collar labour hire. They currently partner with a wide range of small-to-large organizations throughout Australia. As a true workforce specialist, the company prides itself on the knowledge of its industry sectors, the supply of quality tradespeople, a high level of service and focus on meeting safety & compliance guidelines.

As part of an exciting time in the development of the company we are looking for sales expert to grow the Brisbane office. This role has a path to a Senior Management, Director role and even equity in the company. 


Growing and developing business across the state
Driving business development to secure new clients
Regular regional trips
Responsible for driving growth and bringing in new job orders
To be considered for this role you will have the following: Previous recruitment experience ideally in blue collar trades in Queensland
Ability to establish and foster strong relationships with companies of all types and sizes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong administration skills and attention to detail
Commercial acumen

RequirementsPrevious experience in agency recruitment - either on a desk with a strong BD component or in a pure BD role
Knowledge of the Queensland market.
Positive Attitude (essential)
Resilience
Australian work rights and currently residing in Brisbane, Queensland
