Specializing in finance and insurance product promotion, end of finance contract management, and customer enquiry management, we play a direct role in contributing to the company's bottom line by increasing sales and retention.

The role sits within our Sales and Marketing department where we offer a hybrid working model, based on the team's needs. Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Development Centre, this role provides the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day while directly contributing to our company's sales and retention targets and supporting our Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans sales team and retailer network.

What you'll do: Provide an exceptional End of Finance Customer experience; with a focus on delivering on the promise of Luxury that is synonymous with the Mercedes-Benz brand.Identify opportunities to connect the customer with an exciting new Mercedes-Benz through creating sales leads.Offer our customers Finance and Insurance solutions that will complement their Mercedes-Benz ownership experience.Support both Sales and Finance campaigns and communication strategies.Drive customer loyalty through retention with the use of key systems to identify the optimum time for early changeover.Proactive lead management throughout the sales funnel for both new and existing customers.Ensuring new and retention, Finance and Insurance enquiries are actioned within agreed timeframes and nurtured from quotation to contracting or settlement.The skills we're looking for: You'll be a confident and capable communicator who is able to see the positives; you need to be able to have fun while getting work done. Our team is accountable to multiple stakeholders, so taking ownership of your role and results is vital – but above all, you will be able to put the customer experience and satisfaction at the center of everything you do.
To be successful in this role you must have a passion for sales and driving success! A minimum of 2 years' experience in finance (particularly automotive finance) and/or insurance is advantageous; experience using Salesforce is also an advantage. Holding a degree or equivalent qualification in a Business or Finance discipline is preferred.
