Our team is currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development and Placemaking Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing the Skyfields brand to life through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, and innovative placemaking activities.
What you'll do: As Business Development and Placemaking Manager, you will take the lead on implementing our property destination brand and developing strategic placemaking initiatives across the Skyfields portfolio.
Working closely with the General Manager Property Development, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to promote and capitalize on our extensive landbank.Creating and implementing strategic placemaking frameworks to support the Property Brand Vision and Masterplan.Managing end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns, events, and community development initiatives.Collaborating with Marketing, Digital, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.Developing and managing community and industry sponsorship programs.Creating and implementing stakeholder engagement programs with builders and industry partners.Managing property marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting.This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional creativity, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing Skyfields by Perth Airport as a leading landlord and developer through innovative marketing and placemaking initiatives.
About you: You will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, placemaking, or community development with a relevant tertiary qualification.
With exceptional communication skills and creative flair, you will maintain constructive working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Results-driven with high attention to detail, you will have demonstrated experience in brand management and creating lead-generating campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, will be beneficial.
