We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Business Development Partner to join our team in North QLD!
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of uncovering and driving new business opportunities across our diverse Home & Living, Community, Children's Services, and Therapeutics portfolios.

Key Responsibilities: Establish and enhance strong, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and networks.
Demonstrate and review innovative promotion both online and face-to-face of Aruma's support offerings, created in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications function to ensure fresh and exciting opportunities for prospective customers.
Exhibit a person-centred approach in all areas of daily interactions and practice, ensuring customer goals and outcomes are prioritized in all decision-making processes.
Assure the best possible customer experience for all new customer leads to Aruma.
Proactively drive regional vacancy management and growth portfolios to secure new customers.
Ensure a smooth, consistent, and positive customer experience from enquiry through to handover to operations.
Champion and demonstrate customer choice and control.
Provide efficient and effective customer service while optimizing sales growth and opportunities for service expansion.
Ensure accurate and timely advice and direction to prospective customers, their families/networks, and services colleagues.
Demonstrate self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team to achieve delegated KPIs.
Ensure the customer perspective is apparent throughout all aspects of business development, influencing how Aruma's service provision and processes are altered or redesigned to meet customer needs.

About You: Qualification in Business Management or related field.
Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in a business and/or customer service management role.
Experience working in a customer-facing and values-driven organization.
Experience in driving positive cultural reform and building workforce capability.
Experience in Business Development or sales.
Experience within the Disability Services Industry and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
Experience in building and maintaining effective community networks and relationships.
Able to adapt communication style to the specific needs of individuals and groups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a deeply proactive approach to meeting and exceeding goals.
Capacity to implement change and identify opportunities for innovation and positive outcomes for customers.
Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and organize and prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and work efficiently and effectively to deadlines while responding to multiple and diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, accountable, and customer-focused.
Excellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems and technology.
Hold a current Australian Driver's License (unrestricted) and willingness to use a personal vehicle, in accordance with Aruma policy for work purposes if required.
Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
Ability to travel interstate and intrastate as and when required.
