Position: As the Business Development Manager, you will be the forefront of the business, taking control of a portfolio of accounts whilst seeking new business opportunities across commercial, mining and infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities: Manage end to end pipeline of projectsPresenting to and meeting with Builders, Architects, Specifiers and EngineersContinue to generate revenue and new opportunities across any of the following areas - mining, commercial, civil and infrastructure Working with builders contractors and installers, ensuring they are comfortable with every aspect of the installation processLeverage BCI and internal tools for project tracking and informationRepresent the brand at industry functions & entertain clients in social forumsProvide market feedback for input into further product development Ideal Experience: Candidates with previous exposure to materials such as waterproofing, construction chemicals, concrete, coating systems, roofing membranes, epoxies, polyurethanes, admixtures or remedial solutionsComfortable being on site, working with builders and contractors as well as an architects officeA polished presenter - able to organise and conduct presentations to architects / major buildersStable career historyAmbitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectationsUsed to, or a desire to working from home reporting interstateApply Now: All applications will be treated with the upmost confidentiality.
