As a Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with vendors, partners and the Crayon team to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, with a focus on disaster recovery and backup solutions using Veeam and Probax. You will manage and expand our partner base which is the second largest in Crayon Channel APAC, and work closely with dedicated Veeam representatives to activate and engage new partners.
Key responsibilities will include: Forge strong relationships with partners and vendors to achieve exceptional business outcomes and drive mutual success.Implement new practices within both existing and newly recruited partners in your portfolio to foster growth and innovation.Deliver the best customer experience and support to all accounts within your product portfolio.Ensure partners have the right tools and resources to effectively develop and execute their Go-To-Market strategies.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Crayon consistently delivers unique, value-added solutions to customers interested in enhancing our product portfolio.Your Competencies: 2+ years Sales or Business Development experience ideally within the IT space.Experience in Veeam and Probax preferable.Experience in Microsoft Modern work and Microsoft Solution selling, particularly Microsoft M365, Azure, SPLA.Good understanding of key partner relationships across the Microsoft ecosystem.Experience selling backup data recovery solutions is an advantage.About You: You are a self-starter with passion, energy and drive and eagerness to learn.You are a collaborative team player with strong communication and negotiation skills.You are customer-focused and results-driven, prioritizing customer needs while maintaining a focus on achieving results.What's on Offer?
