· $138,171 – $146,613 + 17% super + annual leave loading
· 2-year fixed term contract, potential for renewal
Unisearch is Australia's leading provider of expert opinion and consulting services to the legal, government, public and private sectors. Since 1959, plaintiff and defendant litigators, in-house legal counsel, insurers, claims managers, loss adjusters and public sector agencies engage with Unisearch to source suitably qualified experts with the required technical, professional, or clinical experience.
Reporting to the Head of Unisearch, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our expert opinion services business across Sydney and Melbourne, by engaging with key industry stakeholders, enhancing enquiry levels, and maximizing ROI for both the business and UNSW. Key responsibilities include:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential clients through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and networking events.
· Deliver CPD training sessions to legal professionals, showcasing our expertise and services.
· Represent Unisearch at peak legal body events and sponsorships, leveraging these opportunities to promote our offerings.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

About the successful applicant You can demonstrate your experience in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, ideally in legal/professional services or higher education, as well as: –
· Track record in designing and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve high growth business objectives
· Ability to create and execute effective business plans
· Understanding of compliance environment, including contract management and legal process codes of conduct
· Communication skills, including presenting and facilitating training for legal professionals
· Strong influencing and negotiation abilities, with a history of engaging diverse stakeholders for successful outcomes.
· Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
· Alignment with UNSW's values and commitment to its objectives and policies.
· Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and willingness to undergo relevant training
