Senior Business Analyst - General Insurance Technology

For this project, the candidate must have recently worked as a standalone Senior BA with Head-of/GM-level stakeholders within the general insurance industry on either business or technology projects and must show at the interview the ability to professionally challenge requirements with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with a broad base of stakeholders to elicit, capture and document business requirements.Implement or overlay new business processes into everyday working practices.Consult with the business to identify, define and solve problems.Map current and future business processes.Experience required:Have recently worked as a standalone Senior BA with Head-of/GM-level stakeholders within the general insurance industryEnd to end BA, comfortable running workshops and owning the e2e BA roleComfortable working with developers and architectsHave experience and examples of challenging requirements with senior stakeholdersDemonstrable background as a Business Analyst (non-technical)Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.Excellent documentation skills required.Exceptional Stakeholder engagement and managementProviding clear, punctual and accurate communication skills that quickly describe the nature of what you're trying to achieveStrong agile mindset, supporting the project management team to get things done quickly for the business and teamOwn the traceability matrix for the programWork with a broad base of stakeholders to ensure successful milestones are met.Implement or overlay new business processes into everyday working practices.Consult with the business to identify, define, and solve problems.02 9063 1149Andrew H#J-18808-Ljbffr
