Business Development Manager - Ultra High PressureTRHC is privately owned national market leader in industrial and commercial high and ultra-high-pressure water pressure units, mobile compressors and generators.We are a well-established Australian-owned and operated manufacturing company, based in Queensland and South Australia with a national profile.About the roleDue to ongoing business growth, we require a Business Development Manager specializing in the Ultra high Pressure Pump industry.You will enjoy working in this hands-on position utilizing your pump experience in a wide range of industries to significantly increase sales, drive brand awareness and build the reputation for high quality products and service.Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will drive sales for the Metco Industrial UHP range of products, while promoting additional products and brands under that banner for ultra-high-pressure water blasting equipment.With our thorough induction and training program, you will be well supported as you find your feet in this Brisbane-based role with national exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to:Strengthen and expand the Metco product name across Australia.Develop relationships with new and existing customers.Promote sales, rental, service, and parts opportunities.Identify opportunities that grow sales and results.Quantify and quote all opportunities, ensuring CRM is kept up to date.Provide product support for customers where required.Achieve sales key performance indicators – increasing revenue, improving and maintaining gross profit margin, and reducing costs.About youYou must have:Hands-on Class B product knowledge (Advantage).Sales territory management or similar experience in pressure cleaning or related industry.Ability to approach and source new customers.A professional with the highest level of trust and integrity.Availability to travel frequently to customers up and down the coast, and occasionally to other state offices.Great negotiation skills with sound business acumen.Tertiary qualifications in sales, management or business disciplines highly regarded.Mechanical product sales experience/Mechanical Aptitude.Competence with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office software.Competence with CRM systems.Ability to travel interstate with sufficient notice when required.Base salary, car or car allowance, super, and bonus KPI's is on offer.Located at Bundamba, QLD.
