So why not come and join our award winning team!The Role - A Day in the Life of a Business Development Manager - TrainingAs a Business Development Manager – Training, no two days will be the same. You will be working closely with employment providers, employer groups, industry bodies, business organisations, secondary and tertiary education provider's schools to market our training programs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and actively promoting ETC's RTO, CTA and SEA programs across the Hunter and NENW regions.Your Key Responsibilities will include;Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholdersActively promoting ETC's RTO, CTA and SEA programs across the Hunter and New England and Northwest regionsDeveloping new business in industry, schools, and University partnershipsEnsure ETC is represented at relevant local events such as Careers Expos, Business Expos.Criteria for SuccessQualification in Sales or relevant disciplineKnowledge of the RTO courses and funding, Career Transition Assistance and Self-Employment Assistance ProgramsPrevious experience working within an RTO and state-based fundingStrong networking skills with the demonstrated ability to build lasting and meaningful partnershipsCurrent Driver's LicenceAbility to complete regular travel across the regionsA current NSW Working with Children CheckA current, clear National Police CheckWhy work for ETCWe pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
