The Role - A Day in the Life of a Business Development Manager - Training As a Business Development Manager – Training , no two days will be the same.
You will be working closely with employment providers, employer groups, industry bodies, business organisations, secondary and tertiary education provider's schools to market our training programs.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and actively promoting ETC's RTO, CTA and SEA programs across the Hunter and NENW regions.
Your Key Responsibilities will include; Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders Actively promoting ETC's RTO, CTA and SEA programs across the Hunter and New England and Northwest regions Developing new business in industry, schools, and University partnerships Ensure ETC is represented at relevant local events such as Careers Expos, Business Expos.
Criteria for Success Qualification in Sales or relevant discipline Knowledge of the RTO courses and funding, Career Transition Assistance and Self-Employment Assistance Programs Previous experience working within an RTO and state-based funding Strong networking skills with the demonstrated ability to build lasting and meaningful partnerships Current Driver's Licence Ability to complete regular travel across the regions A current NSW Working with Children Check A current, clear National Police Check Why work for ETC We pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
