We are inviting an exceptional Business Development Manager to spearhead our continued expansion within the NDIS sector. The Opportunity In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our participant growth and support our expansion in the Brisbane North to Sunshine Coast region. The focus will be on Community Access, Assistance with Daily Living, and Supported Independent Living services, you will be responsible for our sales pipeline, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and execute impactful promotional campaigns to elevate Real Community Services' visibility and reach. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement proven strategies to increase participant numbers and support hours for Community Access and Assistance with Daily Living services. Collaborate with the Direct Services Executive Operations Manager to attract and onboard new Supported Independent Living participants. Manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new participants and tracking performance metrics. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to enhance referral pathways, Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to raise awareness and promote Real Community Services, service offerings. Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and develop business cases for new service offerings and initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports on business development activities, progress, and results for the Executive team. The Ideal Candidate Comprehensive understanding of Community Access, Assistance with Daily Living, and Supported Independent Living services. Knowledge of NDIS funding and services is essential. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales. Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the NDIS sector. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for participant growth and service expansion. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyse market data to make informed data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field – not required if you have phenomenal sales skills!
