Business Development Manager - Strata

We are looking for someone with a background in strata or real estate who would like to try something different. Join a leading strata agency with an overflow of business. This agency is expanding at a rapid rate and is now looking for a new Business Development Manager to help manage existing relationships and expand their network across NSW.
Responsibilities
Identifying new sales opportunities
Nurturing existing relationships
Presenting to owner corporations
Maintaining a high level of customer service skills
Using your industry network to gain new clients and develop relationships
Attending industry conferences, events, and charity days to promote the brand
Managing incoming enquiries
Navigating the CRM system and entering all communication in the database

The Candidate
Previous experience in Strata OR Sales - Property, Real Estate, or Strata
Ability to relate to people of all different ages, demographics, and backgrounds
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to work autonomously
