By being reliable, responsible and reputable, our vision is to enable law firms to achieve their operational efficiency goals through our technology.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced SaaS Senior Business Development Manager to join the growing PracticeEvolve sales team within Australia.
As a recognised provider to the legal market over the past 20 years, we are on a continued mission to ensure law firms embrace the transition to the Cloud over the coming years.
We are looking for a consultative and collaborative Senior BDM who can identify and develop strategic business relationships with potential law firms primarily within Australia.We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales and a proven track record of success who takes a hands-on approach to building pipeline opportunities.
In this key position, you will work closely with marketing, sales and product management teams to achieve established sales goals.This position reports directly into the Chief Sales Officer and has strong commission rewards.This is a permanent full-time position, initially focused on Australia with the potential to grow into a leadership role within 18 months.What you'll do.Achieve sales targets and set the example of continuous sales process improvement to maximise output.Set the pace when attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build high impact connections and explore large opportunities.You deeply understand law firms' operations and present effective solutions to their specific circumstances.You will become an expert in all products and services that Practice Evolve offers.You are self-sufficient in lead generation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that drive growth.Manage negotiations and ensure seamless deal closing.You can mentor and train other team members.Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, prospects, clients and key decision-makers.You are an expert in identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships.You will attend conferences and professional association meetings and promote Practice Evolve Software products.Host product webinars.Occasional travel between states from time to time.We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager, with prior experience with legal software products.
We are looking for someone who has a positive, pro-active attitude, and bright client-facing personality who enjoys working with a vibrant, friendly, collaborative team.You will be analytical but also commercial-minded and have superior oral and written communication skills.A consultative sales approach and a strong drive to achieve set outcomes.A proven record as a successful Sales executive or BDM.Strong sales and client-facing experience.Strong communication skills and IT fluency.Your Squad.Alongside, Gabriel (Chief Sales Officer) you will be joining a small fast-paced high-performance sales team that celebrates success but also always strives to be better.
