The role: Are you ready to take your career to the next level and be at the forefront of digital transformation? Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Adelaide! As the face of Chamonix, you'll be the key connector — nurturing and expanding relationships with our established clients while opening doors to new business across a diverse range of sectors.
You'll play a critical role in positioning Chamonix as a trusted and innovative partner for digital transformation, delivering cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference! You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, projects, and technologies - become part of our team to make a significant impact and advance your career! Responsibilities: Maintaining strong relationships with key existing clients, identifying opportunities to add value and expand our footprint.
Drive new business growth through strategic prospecting, engaging new clients across targeted industries.
Understand client needs, present innovative solutions, and position Chamonix as a trusted partner.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services and solutions for clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Skills and Experience Required: We're seeking a motivated BDM with a passion for sales, a gift for cultivating strong client partnerships, and an unwavering drive to shape the future of digital transformation! You're a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and natural relationship builder.
You will ideally bring: Proven success (5+ years) in a similar Business Development or Account Management role within the technology or consulting sector.
Experience managing and growing accounts across a wide range of industry sectors.
A hunter mentality with a knack for solution selling and generating new business.
Ability to engage at all levels of an organization and confidently present complex solutions.
A consultative approach, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
