RISsafety is looking to appoint a results-driven Sales Consultant/BDM to drive our next growth chapter.Your new CompanyRISSafety is an Australian owned company specializing in height safety, building & roof access, and fall-protection solutions. We design, manufacture, and install safety access systems, working predominantly with Facility Managers, all levels of Government, Defence and Construction companies.Your new roleBased in Adelaide, the role requires you to design and sell height safety and access solutions by working with current and new clients to identify the potential risks at their sites, and with our estimating team to produce solutions that reduce those risks, which you will present and sell to the client.We require a person who has previous experience in the height safety industry.What's in it for youAttractive salary package (including base salary + commission + phone + laptop + car allowance/FMCV)Flexible working hours and work from home opportunitiesWork for a friendly, established, and supportive team.Be part of a company with a strong growth trajectory.An organization that cares about your next step and career progression.What your new role will involve?Business DevelopmentIdentifying and working with clients to develop solutions that improve site safety and protect people when they are working at heightsCompleting site visits to understand the client requirements and work with the design team to produce system designs and proposals for the clientUsing cloud-based Client Relationship System to enhance understanding of client requirements to deliver best outcomes for the clientPreparing and presenting solution proposals to your clientsSeeking out and closing new sales opportunities and developing existing customer relationships to their maximum potentialWork within the team to deliver the agreed sales budgetWhat you need to be successful?You are flexible and understand the importance of meeting agreed targets and the high expectations of our clients and are willing to go above and beyond to deliverMust have previous experience in the height safety or rope access industryMust be able to read, interpret and complete take offs from architectural plans, aerial imagery and drawingsMust be able to work with MS Office at an intermediate level
