Cabot's Timber Finishes are the leading woodcare products in Australia.
We manufacture with pride a comprehensive range of stains, varnishes, clear finishes, oils, paints and polishes for the preservation and beautification of your timber at home.
Your Role We're looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about helping customers win.
Whilst you will have responsibility for your Territory, this role will see you take on a key function around strategy, coaching and leading our team to deliver for our major client being Bunnings.
As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
Responsibilities Increase returns and achieve goals in your area as part of the state sales teamCarry out and supervise national Bunnings projects at the state levelTake charge of tasks with State Sales ExecutivesExpand the market presence of products in all stores by seizing opportunities and building strong relationshipsHandle various brands in up to x channel outlets/storesSkills & Experience Retail sales experience is advantageousDemonstrates good communication and influencing skillsPossesses an understanding of sales data analyticsExhibits sound business acumenIs computer and technology-savvyIf you're ready to join a compassionate and collaborative workplace, your opportunity starts here.
