As such, candidates that are hungry to earn, have the desire to hunt, cold call, generate referrals, and aggressively prospect will be seen to have the advantage.
Likewise, so will above-budget performers who won't settle for an OTE income but instead have greater aspirations.
You will need to be tech-savvy, well presented, and able to share the company's ethos of extremely high service standards.
You will need a Property Manager's License or be prepared to get one if you are coming from a different industry.
