We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. Your primary focus will be to grow our market share and ensure client satisfaction within the Industrial Replacement (IR) product line across Queensland.

Description Lead sales activities within the assigned geographic area to achieve sales objectives. Develop strategies and plans to expand the number of distributors and customers. Manage key accounts across OEMs and implement strategic growth activities. Build strong relationships with senior management at key customers. Deliver technical and commercial presentations, conduct training, and manage distributor performance. Travel as required for market development and customer engagement. Profile Strong ability to build relationships, influence others, and understand customer needs. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Knowledge of Power Transmission and Fluid Power applications. Valid and current driving license. High energy and resilience. Organised, with a structured approach to work. Pro-active self-starter, capable of working independently. Mechanical aptitude and a positive, values-driven attitude.
