The role will see you servicing this team out of the vibrant and developing city of Parramatta. Working alongside an honest and open Director that was born and bred into the industry, we are looking for someone to become a crucial asset to this high performing team. This role will see you:
Sourcing new business opportunities
Attending Open Homes
Working closely with the Sales Agents & Executive Leasing Consultants
Maintaining and developing client relationships
Offering professional advice to clients
Arranging and conducting market appraisals
Performing ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
A current Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered, as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license. You will have previous industry experience in a Leasing or New Business capacity. We are seeking an individual with:
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
High communication skills, both written & verbal
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Great customer service skills
A strong work ethic
