We are seeking a Passionate, Creative and Driven Business Development Manager to take the lead on growth in the NSW territory. The role is part time, 3 days per week with the view to increase to full time within 6-12 months.
Qualifications & experience Essential: Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Sciences. 2 years working experience, either in clinic or within a similar position.Strong interest in the holistic approach to treating skin with a background in skin science, health and/or nutrition.Drive and motivation to succeed, with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve.Positive, collaborative attitude. We are a small, fun supportive team. Exisiting relationships with key clinics within NSW would be advantageous.Must have a car, valid drivers license, and the right to work in Australia. Must be based in Sydney.Local, regional and occasional interstate travel requiredTasks & responsibilities Creating and nurturing strong relationships with existing Osmosis Partners, supporting business growth and development.Prospecting, networking and creatively sourcing new business opportunities using a defined sales strategy for the NSW territory.Delivering online and face to face, hands on training in all aspects of Osmosis Skin and Wellness products using existing education platforms.Contributing to the team as a valued member with ideas and strategies to facilitate growth in all aspects of the business.General administrative management and reporting.Benefits A competitive salary package inclusive of car allowance, phone, laptop and product allocation.A generous, uncapped commission structurePositive and fun team environment with mentoring and professional growth opportunities
