Your exceptional sales acumen and relationship-building prowess will enable you to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure compliance and promote success.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to secure new clients through self-generated business development & activity from the inside sales channel.Build strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, gaining insight into their unique HR and WHS challenges.Clearly articulate complex HR and WHS regulations, showcasing the value of Peninsula's services.Consistently deliver quarterly sales targets.Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce.What We're Looking For:A proven track record in field-based B2B sales, ideally within a professional services context; industry experience is NOT needed.Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.A self-motivated individual who thrives in managing their own territory and exceeding sales targets.A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.What do we offer you?If you are ready to make a real impact and take your career to the next level, Peninsula is for you.
