Business Development Manager - New Business
$100,000 – $120,000 per year + Commission

Demonstrate market leading rental software in Australasia, remotely and in person.
Key Results Areas
Sell our market leading rental software solutions to identified market segments
Drive lead generation and pipeline development via our global marketing team, cold outreach, trade shows, and networking
Develop deep understanding of our software and be able to articulate value through engaging demonstrations to 2 – 3 new prospects per week
Develop a new business plan to deliver agreed annual sales targets
Commercial awareness to deliver the correct solution to each customer
Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to win new business within inspHire
Builder of strong industry relationships cementing inspHire as market leader
Present engaging software demonstrations tailored to audience needs
Ability to troubleshoot and answer technical questions
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrable success in new business growth and new revenue generation
The ability to deliver presentations in a professional and structured manner up to board level
Excellent technical understanding from an application and technology perspective
Experience working in a software solution sales environment
Knowledge of ERP or business IT systems
