Business Development Manager Mobile Apps/Web Development

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
We are searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.Experience:1-3 years of experience in Business Development - Mobile Apps/Web DevelopmentJob Location:LucknowRoles and Responsibilities:Must have 1-2 years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps projects, digital marketing projects acquisition & closing.Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.Explore & target new business leads opportunities in software/mobile/web development domain (US/UK markets) through different channels (Online Bidding Portals /Social Media etc.
).Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales, and handing over the client to the delivery team.Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/messages.Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.Should have experience in handling the lead generation team, motivating them, and supporting them for qualified leads.Should be flexible with working hours when required.Self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly.Strong negotiation skills.Able to propose project budgeting to the client.Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.Desired Candidate Profile:Must be flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.As a Marketing person, the candidate should be innovative towards their work.Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, ability to assess problems and produce practical solutions.Good working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Email, and Internet Browsing.Key Details:Job Function: Sales/Business DevelopmentIndustry: IT-Hardware/Networking, TelecomSpecialization: Corporate SalesQualification:ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)Any GraduateEmployment Type: Full Time
