About the role: Developing business strategies to solve our clients' challenges. Building lasting client relationships to secure repeat business across white and blue collar jobs. Client networking through attending events to build your industry connections. Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure every role is filled and find the BEST people for our clients. Exposure to the Mining industry is advantageous but not necessary. Deliver 180 business support and consultation in the Aston way. About you: Experience in a BD role or Recruiter position. Motivated to grow new business relationships and add further value to our existing clients. Able to consult with your clients to ensure we are recruiting quality jobs to find quality people. You want to understand how your client's business works, their challenges, and business needs from their viewpoint. You are determined to support customers with tailored business solutions for both the business and our chosen candidates. A desire to learn our Aston way of business in the way we engage and support our teams and customers. Sponsorship available for the right candidate.
